"You are what you think".. many positive words has been shared by my personal trainer ms. Winn, yeaaay.. finally i made myself to go back to the Gym, Alhamdulillah.. God gives me strength and smile to pass through the bad memories :)
First, as usual, she dropped me a lil note for the meals i must do and don'ts, thus i need to spend my time to the grocery store to prepare them such as, Oatmeal/LowFat Milk, wheat bread, bruberry jam.. Awsome, and last but not least, as I need to gain my weight for 2 kg, than it sure made this look a lil better :D.. okay miss.. ur word is my command.
My gym schedule will be on Tue-Wed-Friday, and swimming once / two weeks... love you coach.. !!!!
